GuideAndMe is a neutral online venue that enables travelers ("Travelers") to connect with independent local tour guides ("Guides").We do not offer, manage, or conduct tours. We are not a travel agency. We simply provide the technical infrastructure to introduce parties to one another.

The Service is provided free of charge to all users. We do not charge fees, commissions, or subscriptions for accessing the platform.

3. No Liability & Disclaimer of Responsibility

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: GuideAndMe is not a party to any agreement or transaction between Travelers and Guides. We do not verify, endorse, guarantee, or control:

  • The identity or background of any user.
  • The quality, safety, or legality of any tour or service provided.
  • The truth or accuracy of any user content, listings, or reviews.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS.GuideAndMe expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other users. Any agreement you make (including payment terms, meeting points, and tour details) is strictly between you and the other user.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, stalk, or harm another user.
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuideAndMe, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
